Bruce Frazier is already building a gas station on the corner of Hwy 16 and Old Hwy 85. Now he wants to rezone the rest of the property to build yet another storage facility and retail shopping area. There are already two storage places and plenty of empty store fronts still available in Senoia. We don't want this area of Hwy 16 to look like Hwy 154.

We must fight to keep the residential areas as they are and leave the commercial areas near the cities. The traffic is bad enough as it is!

Be sure to add reasons/comments for not rezoning this area. Petitions must be finalized by June 17th to get them in on time. The commission meeting is June 21st. PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND!!!

My family and I already struggling to get onto hwy 16 from our home. More traffic in this area will cause accidents from drivers trying to merge on hwy 16. We also need to consider the middle school and the ability for parents and bus drivers to get to and from school.

Unexceptionable move on Frazer’s and Coweta County, The traffic on Morgan Farm rd and Old 85 is out of control already, we have a Charter School that literally shuts down Morgan Farm Rd and Old 85 already endangering the ability for Fire and rescue and Police to get through.

As a longtime resident of Lawshe Rd., the allure of this area is the agriculture. It was originally planned and zoned ag or residential for a reason. The commissioners need to listen to the residents. This development is unneeded and unnecessary!

Please stop ruining our beautiful, peaceful city by tearing down the majestic old trees and green spaces to put in business we don’t need! We will lose the small town feel that drew us all to Senoia if we continue to allow the taking over of every square inch of land driven by greed.

I moved from the city to Senoia this past year because of its small town, rural nature. Not looking to loose the reason I moved here. There are plenty of storage facilities and empty retail spaces remaining vacant that should be filled first.

Please stop destroying our community with more and more retail, storage and etc. Traffic is already horrible in that area and around 85/16 due to the poor/limited roads. You are purposing these structures next to a school and community ball field.

I am so against this excessive growth! It will destroy our "hometown feel," and make traffic unbearable!
