Michigan is the only state in our nation to protect the pharmaceutical companies rather than its citizens. Michigan residents have no legal right to seek justice for those injured or killed by drugs approved by the FDA, even when the manufacturer's lie and/or omit vital information to the FDA when applying for approval. Michigan as a state has also lost millions because the state can not partake in class action lawsuits - we lost millions recently in a 3 billion settlement against the manufacture of Vioxx, Glaxo-Smith wherein each state EXCEPT Michigan received a portion in the neighborhood of 2 million. Do you want this law to change before it happens to your family? Help change this law.

The silence from the legislature remains heavy but I am still spending my evenings sorting through the records of families harmed by this immunity. It is exhausting to look at these cases day after day when the solution is sitting right there on the books. We are not backing down until this law is off the map.

My wife lost her job and her health because of these drugs and we cant even sue!! Complete joke that Michigan lets them get away with this.
had a bad reaction to Zoloft years ago and realized i was basically on my own. needs to be fixed asap.
Big pharma has way too much power here. Sick of seeing my state get left out of these settlements while families suffer.
The law is rigged. Plain and simple.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!! Why are we protecting corporations over actual people??

Cymbalta withdrawal almost killed me and kept me bed ridden for 4 months and I'm still battling the effects!!!!
