No communication concerning my vehicle and no response after my attempts to contact them. Putting my family through unnecessary hardships financially and otherwise.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I still dont know where my car is. I've been told it is in two different locations and that it has been retured to the owner. There is no maintenance history and www.pcsmypov.com has the the wrong car listed as mine!!

Car shipped 10 Jun from Bahrain to Seattle. RDD 5 Sept. 29 Aug was told car is in Norfolk and would be put on a truck "soon". Called again 19 Oct, received an email stating car arrived to Norfolk 17 Oct and is "Awaiting custom and clearance inspections". Why the disconnect between Aug and Oct? 2 months past RDD is way too long!

Like many other customers, I am still waiting for my vehicle to be delivered at the designated VPC. I dropped off my vehicle at the Ramstein VPC on 19 August 2014 with a RDD of 1 October. As of today, 4 Nov 2014 my vehicle still has show up and the answers I receive from IAL is "just wait until I receive an email that my car is ready for pickup at the VPC". Nothing more. This is totally unacceptable!

We dropped my car off on June 12 in Wiesbaden, Germany and haven't heard a thing. Going on 3 months now without any sign of my car. Our calls are not answered...we are feeling frustrated and helpless!

How did you get IAL to pay for the rental car? I can't even get anyone there to answer a phone or reply to any of the countless messages or emails that have been left. Any information or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Shipped my vehicle 9 May 2014 from Mildenhall with a RDD of 27 June 2014. Most recent update via email, on 21 Aug after I placed the inquiry over the phone via the 800 customer service number on 19 Aug, was that my vehicle had cleared customs in Savannah, GA and was currently awaiting to be picked up by a truck. The problem is that this is the same update I received mid-July via phone from the St. Louis VPC. It goes without saying that I have experienced the multiple unanswered phone calls trying to contact the St. Louis VPC since I arrived to my new duty station on 30 June 2014.

I'm the Transportation Officer responsible for the movement of personal property for the Netherlands, North Germany, and parts of Belgium. I'm just curious to see what folks are saying about the new IAL contract. I've been the Transportation Officer here for the past eight years and this is the first time we've ever processed any inconvience claims for late POVs.

I have had no luck with a return phone call from IAL as promised. I received an email after talking with the customer service that I would be contacted within 48 hours of my claim but no one has called. I too have called every day, these people don't care they're just giving us lip service. My truck is now 15 days late smh... there is no help in the site! at this point I will be surprised if I give my truck back at all!

Dropped my car off 17 June in Guam, car left 9july RDD13 august.. Apparently it has been in Los Angeles since 27july waiting on customs. Completely unsat wasting money on rentals, very difficult to find a rental for minimum of $30 here in San Diego, cheapest for me was 32.40. I hope I get reimbursed.. On top of that PVC San Diego barely answers the phone n when they pick up they tell me the same thing I'm looking up in the internet, called the 800 num they direct my question to VPC.. Very frustrating.

Let’s add to the IAL woes with another complaint, if you care to add fuel to the fire.
This was my 7th time shipping a vehicle; all have been perfect until this last one. This was the worst experience that I’ve had with ANY customer service entity tied to the military. I shipped my vehicle from Seoul, South Korea on 15 May 14 to the VPC in San Diego. We arrived to my current base in Arizona on 22 June 14. We figured we’d ship it early enough as to have it when we arrive. When we left in June the IAL website indicated my vehicle left port from Busan, South Korea. I gave it about a week after arrival with no change on the site when I started calling. I called the San Diego VPC and the HQ numbers and left messages, gave it a few days but nothing. Then I emailed, and called the San Diego VCP, this time their mailbox was full and the answering system hung up on me. This happened for the next 8-9 times I called in subsequent days. I would have to guess I sent at least 15-20 emails and left 10+ voice messages and none of them were returned. Finally, after several times a day checking the status, on 10 July 14 it was updated that my car arrived to the port in Los Angeles on 16 JUN??? It took 3 weeks to get updated after arrival. At that point I was willing to just fly to LA and grab it. With that idea I called the Los Angeles VCP and finally got a real person! But, as with the whole experience, the news was grim. They stated that since my car was scheduled to go to the San Diego VCP that they can’t track it or have anything to do with it. I asked if she could look up the status and she said she didn’t have that capability. I started to see where the problem was, it’s a company that’s full of independent entities as opposed to being one global enterprise. After complaining to my transportation office they gave me the number to IAL’s General Manager, of course, I left a message explaining how dissatisfied I am with the whole experience, and of course not

I watch some guy walk into AAL in Fairbanks. He said he worked IAL. He told the employees at American logistics they could come to work for them if they wanted to. The job starts at min. wage. Alaska min. wage is 7.85 an hour. Are you kidding me ? 300 to 400 dollars a month to heat your home half of the year here in Fairbanks. How are you going to do that on 7.85 an hour ?
