Revoke contract with IAL-International Auto Logistics

Useless and Worthless.

They have messed up and lost enough vehicles!!!! REVOKE THIS CONTRACT!!!!!

Vehicle inspected, accepted and driven by IAL Atlanta GA. 6 days later they try to jump start it to load onto a truck for shipment. Vehicle would not start so they jumped it. Vehicle began to smoke so they performed diagnostic and blame water in the air box as the cause. Again vehicle was inspected, accepted and driven by IAL employees. Ironic!!

It is a personal and professional embarassment seeing what this company has done to destroy the global VPC.

My car is already over 20 days past the RDD and this the response I received form the company " is currently waiting to be booked on a load plan for transport to that location via truck. The VPC in Dallas will notify you via email when your POV, is available for pick-up. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any closer estimate of the time of delivery at the DVPC.". What kind of operation are they running? Don't they have a schedule showing the movement of their cargo? If a private logistic company did this they would be out of buisness!!!!!

They refuse to tell me where my vehicle is and im pissed cause I still pay a car note and insurance on something that they dont know where it is and im retiring as of jan which is more bs but what ever

82 days past RDD, would not provide rental car and failed to reimburse all costs incurred with rentals, damaged vehicle, awful customer service and communication

IAL stinks! They messed up my shipment and delivered my POV to me with new mechanical problems, which they now refuse to address.

My car was damaged and 28 days past RDD we need a company that knows how to treat military members.

IAL has water damaged my vehicle while in their possession

This has been the worst experience of our life. Between inconvenient travels back and forth to Atlanta from Memphis, TN and having to pull my kids out of school to pick up a vehicle.... exhausting. The inconvenient gas fees and mileage and time, every military person should be compensated. We have had problems with our car since the day it left IAL's hands. We are stil trying to submit for damages.

I believe this contract should be stripped from the company and they should be made to pay all extra expenses our Soldiers and there families have incurred due to there negligence....

This whole process is infuriating!!! They jerked me around for days when I dropped it off. Now it's 17 days late. No hope in site.

Today is my RDD, guess what? My car magically doesn't appear in the system any more. This is incompetence at its best. In time military we are expected to accomplish our mission, if we do not do this then there should be repercussions, why is this company not held to any standards, if you cared out you military service members, why keep punishing us at the lowest level. I know I do not have the funds to rent a car. I'm bout to email every congressman in the USA. something must be done

My car has been unaccounted for for 6 months and counting. This is unacceptable.

After not answering my calls or emails for weeks I found that they held my truck for weeks in LA, at least their system showed it was in LA. They refused to let me pick it up there instead of San Diego' where the contract was made to be shipped to, then when it finally made it to San Diego it had damage to it. I had to wait for hours at their warehouse to have it released to me. They had agreed to pay for damages and rental car that I needed for weeks but then they still haven't and they don't answer phone or email. In fact they told me they don't even have phones at most locations.

incredibly unacceptable way of doing business we personally had to put off pocket expenses not necessary and have struggled getting in touch with company
