shipped my car from korea to dallas and it was about 2 1/2 weeks past the delivery due date. When dealing with the claims representatives through emailed they seemed like they did not care about our personal situations that we were going through.

The absolute worst shipping and customer service experience EVER! No one (service member or not) should have to endure the wait time, damage and poor customer service provided by this company.

IAL was not quaified on paper to get this contract. I have learned of information, and as a former government COTR, they would NOT have passed muster. I was told they had only 10 worldwide employees when the contract was awarded, but also had 3 Army Generals on the Board..This has cost me physical harm, needing to take medicines waiting over 5 months for my car from Germany to Dallas, while I had to move on to Okinawa duty station. Upon bidding on a contract, the potential contractor should have personnel with certain quals to get the contract. Throughout this ordeal, and reading others' problems, there is no way they were qualified. It wouldn't surprise me if they hired winos off the street, based on vehicles condition upon arrival. Mine was NEW and needed almost $4000 worth of repairs at the dealership for my C70 htconv Volvo, thank you very much. Revoke and bring back AAL who can and has done the job very well for over a dozen years.

Since depositing my car in Schwweinfurt Germany in May and not getting it back until Oct, this whole process has been a nightmare; the company IAL was NOT prepared to undertake this contract, and as a former COTR, I know they were NOT qualified on paper to do so. The lady in Germany told me they had 10 employees worldwide when they got the contract. She was hired by IAL from

IAL unsurprisingly busted my RDD date and then gave me the run around when I contacted them about getting a rental car set up. This company is nothing but highway robbery. Revoke their contract.

With an impending move to Germany coming up during the summer PCS rush, I am very nervous and frightened about having to use this new company to ship my POV. I shipped twice with the old company (AAL) with no issues and my vehicle arriving early both times. The fear of being vehicle-less in Germany while trying to get settled frightens me very much!!!

3 weeks past the required delivery date with the vehicle still stuck at port. IAL will never meet the 98% on-time requirement.

My nehicle has been denied shipment 3 times now even though it is in excellent condition and hasnt been driven, I work at the visitors center and have signed on other members who's vehicles were all recently rejected multiple times, they keep saying for dirt under my car when there is no dirt on my car and same with the other members, Im sure this is due to the large law suit going on... get these bastards out, I leave in a week and they wont even take my car

Chrysler arrived in port of Houston on 5 December. I called last week and asked why it shows and still shows it's going through customs. I get this canned response that their are delays in processing due to the holidays. Then I read this article today regarding 60+ cars have been repossessed by sub-contractor in Houston for IAL's non payment of contract. I'm not getting a warm feeling about this situation.

for failure to deliver vehicles on time, failure to provide any reliable status while in route, and failure acknowledge or pay claims for costs incurred to military families.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager of the San Diego center was down right rude and condescending and didn't even care that they were late meeting the 16December deadline of delivering my vehicle. She also was not even able to tell me where my car is. The IAL website is a joke and is never up to date. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen anywhere.

My car was shipped 11 Jul 14 from the St. Louis VPC with an RDD to UK of 25 Aug. A week after RDD the 'where is my pov" website showed the car inbound with RDD still 25 Aug. Tried to call the contact info of the VPC in UK and was told that my vehcile could not be located and they'll work on finding the details of its location. It came to the point that I had to purschase a local used car just to get around since my assignment is a remote UK location. After many calls with the St Louis VPC and UK VPC I was told early Sep that my vechicle was found and should be in UK NLT 30 Sep. They claimed it was a change of contract and the info was never given from one contractor to another. Meanwhile I have to leave for a training exercise for a total of 3 weeks. During that time I receive a voice mail saying that my car in inbound to UK, early October now and I needed a customs form (yes, the same that was already given to St. Louis VPC to used for the UK customs) and I needed to give it to them within 48hrs or my car was going to be returned to the closest US VPC. Can you beleive their stupidity and my stress level. I got assisted from the local installation close to the training side and got them the customs form. I did not get my car until the 21 Oct with a 25 Aug RDD. Since the 21 Oct I have been trying to receive settle an inconvininence claim (part of their contract) but I have not received any responses to all my email or inquiries. I'll not stop trying but this company must go, not only they severely brached their contract but they continue to cause hardships to all service members and families around the globe. I don't know what they are waiting for, the contract is a failure.

My RDD was 13 November 2014. I rented a car while waiting for my car to arrive. I checked the status of my car on Thursday you see it was ready for transport. I called IAL and asked them if my car will be ready by the next day as I had a rental car, and wanted to return it and not have to rent another car incurring more cost. I received an email stating he could not tell me when my car would be available. So I went to another car because of course I have to work. Why later on that day I will received another email stating my car was ready for pick up. The rental car was nonrefundable, IAL refuses to pay the next weeks rental car because they said my car was available for pick up. IAL don'tknow if they are on foot or horseback when it comes to this contract and how to ship cars. I don't understand why they can't tell me the status of my car real time if I would have known that my car was going to be be look at me I would not have gotten another rental car. I have about an IG complaint against them and I waiting to see how that goes

IAL SUCKS! Denied my claim even before seeing a written report from the mechanic. How can they pay for body damage to a vehicle, which obviously doesn't affect the working condition of the car, but wont pay for an electrical failure on the starter motor? Weeks in a salty environment is sure to corrode electrical wiring occassionally and has broken my car! I give them a working car, and I receive a broken one. Pathetic, they are as good as theives.

We dropped off our car. It was in working condition. Whenit arrived in the UK we were told they had tried to jump it multiple times and charge the battery but it would not hold a charge. They deliveered it to the VPC and told us to pick it up and it was now the starter that was the problem. They towed it and had a diagnostic run and are now telling us we miust pay to have the car in working order again. If something is delivered to a company in working condition, that is how it should be returned. My husband and I are very disappointed in the claims department for IAL and are trying to have them pay to fix our car. Out of the 4 couples were moved to the UK with only 1 car has been delivered free of damage and in working condition.
