It took IAL 2 months to tell me that they lost my car, and they refuse to pay me back for rental car fees. Worst Company

My vehicle arrived on June 25th. Now they are showing a RDD of 27 August. This group is horrible. I have a contact that says its gone through customs and now just sitting there. I have never felt this helpless or pissed off.

Just purchased a brand new car through Military Auto Sales, while being stationed overseas... I have heard numerous issues about this company and even had close friends have issues with them. Needless to say, I am VERY worried how the new car will look when and if it gets here!

These company severely damaged my vehicle, made me a ridiculous offer, and even though I accepted it over 2 weeks ago they still have not paid me and refuse to answer my emails.

I worked for AAL over 20 years and cannot believe how IAL is treated the military members and their families. When AAL had it you were treated with respect and treated like family. It needs to go back the way it was instead of getting worse.

They did not know what they were doing in the first place. And now they want everything in house and fire all the people who know how to do it.For sone reason the government thought cheaper was better. Look at what they got. There is a lot of corruption going on with this company. It need to back to the company that had it before. POINT BLANK

They are awful and are not doing their jobs to help the military member to continue to focus on the mission. They will not take responsibility for cars they have damaged and offer less than half of an estimate from a body shop to have the car repaired to the state it was given to them in.
