Impossible to file a claim when they first took over. We'll see how this time ends up. Either way my vehicle keeps getting damaged.

Ial damaged my vehicle and refused my claim. Impossible to get some one on the phone and emails are ignored

After 6 yrs in storage, our vehicle has been returned to us in an undrivable, sun damaged, and filthy condition. Grease on the drivers seat leather, armrest and door. Wear from maintainers sliding onto leather when they get in. Staff were incredibly rude at the Chesapeake VPC. It was driven a total of 5 miles in 6 years, tires have flat spots, instrument cluster has failed, and was not reported to us for repair prior to pick up. Roof fabric is sagging grossly. This truck went in valued at $40k, probably not even worth $8k now. Maintenance records were not updated in their online system after multiple requests from us to do so. This contractor is not deserving or prepared to have this contract!

I received my vehicle with a check engine light on and an "increased emissions" warning. In addition, the car was completely out of gas and the battery dead.

IAL won't pay out for damages done to my car. I was told when he circled all of the named parts of the car that he was just making sure he checked those parts. They are now saying that those circles mean too many scratches to list.

I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE DAMAGED AND THE PROCESSING CENTER TRIED TO HIDE IT BY SPRAYING MY CAR WITH ATER IN HOPES THAT I WOULD NOT EVENTUALLY FIND THE DAMAGE. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS BURGLURIZED DURING SHIPMENT. I WAS TOLD THAT "THE SERVICES ARE TO SHIP A CAR AND ONLY THE CAR NOT ANY CAR PRODUCT." WHY IS OUR MILITARY USING THIS SERVICE TO SHIP OUR VEHICLES?

Took two weeks for my vehicle to be shipped from Baltimore to Bremerhaven. Been sitting there since; IAL says they blame a ship fire from months ago for the backlog and also says they don't have trucks to move the vehicles. Guess what? You knew about this months ago but you still sandbag delivery for 6 weeks until the required delivery date? Thanks for the "efficient" services your company rips the government for.

Our car came back with damage to the skid plate. You think they would tell us? No! They tied the skid plate to my power steering cable. Let us drive off with a child in the car. Thankfully it held until we arrived to our destination 2 1/2 hours away. If the skid plate dropped going 70 MPH CAN YOU IMAGINE! If I lost the ability to steer the car going that speed.. I'm sorry this is criminal.

dropped off my vehicle on the 8th of May 2015 it is now the 5th of Aug 2015 and I still don't have it just a bout 3 months without my vehicle.
