To the Star Wars Galaxies Legends Staff and Administrators,

We, the undersigned members of the Star Wars Galaxies Legends community, respectfully request a reconsideration and revocation of all bans that have significantly impacted the PvP player base. These bans—often issued over minor disputes, miscommunications, or situations that could have been better handled with warnings or mediation—have led to a noticeable decline in activity within battlefields and PvP zones.

The PvP community is a vital part of SWG Legends, fostering competitive spirit, camaraderie, and longevity in the game. However, due to what many in the community view as overly harsh or inconsistent enforcement of rules, key contributors to this environment have been removed. The result is a sharp drop in battlefield activity, reduced factional presence, and a demoralized player base.

We understand and respect the need for rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. However, we believe that the current approach has unintentionally stifled the very gameplay that makes SWG Legends thrive. A more restorative approach—focused on communication, warnings, DMs, and case-by-case re-evaluations—would be far more beneficial for the health of the server.

We urge you to:

Re-assess recent PvP-related bans, particularly those stemming from non-toxic, non-exploitative behavior.

Establish clearer and more transparent PvP conduct guidelines to prevent future misunderstandings.

Engage with the PvP community to better understand our needs and concerns.

We are all here because we love this game and want to see it continue to grow. Let’s work together to rebuild a vibrant, active, and fair PvP environment.
