please revise this dress code. Freshmen should not be singled out by making them wear a completely different color shirt from the rest of the student body!

This is crazy. ERES gets rid of their dress code only to have you guys make ERHS even more strick. My daughter has work her past spirit shirts and hoodies daily to school. She doesn't have any polos and this is way too late in the summer to go shopping for her. If we had been told this sooner we could have had time to shop. Very bad timing on the school.

Dress code is absolutely ridiculous. We are a PUBLIC SCHOOL. If anything we shouldn't have dress code at all. The fact that they made it more strict is utterly idiotic. :-)

I wish people would realize that a lot of people find polos uncomfortable and feel very self consious in them. And thanks for letting everyone 2 weeks ahead of time when polos are going to be impossible to find.

they're taking this too far. what was wrong with last years dress code?? I don't even own any polos bc they're uncomfortable. and in my opinion, polos are more revealing than tshirts?? polos are tight and can be unbuttoned to show cleavage while tshirts are loose fitting. where's the logic in this. can't even dress comfortable for school.

Students should not be pointed out per grade. Singled out. Seriously freshman have a hard enough time. Plus not giving a heads up persay to the new dress code. Not cool. Also why have a dress code? As long as long as a child is not showing off their bodies. Wearing racist clothing. Who cares! Freedom of expression starts early in life. I get the no drug issue on clothes. An the no gang related clothing. Yet our youth is our future. An pushing a set dress code will NEVER stop the issues of clicks of friends. That's a never ending cycle of life. Yet to push children to wear a specific dresd code will never solve anything. Teens always find a way to accessorize to express personality. Fix your dress code.

I think making the freshman students wear a different color polo than the rest of the student in the school is singling them out. I believe it will cause them problems throughout the school year (BULLYING). I am wondering why this dress code is just coming out a few weeks before school starts. This makes it hard on the parents who have multiple children to buy for at last minute. Thanks a lot ERHS!! & Mrs. Helton!!

I believe that this is basically pointing of the freshmen and saying "hey pick on me" and that's not right. My brother already gets picked on and I will NOT do this .

theres no sense in makeing the uniforms more strict, kids hate having a very specific thing to wear on a daily basis, especially when It makes no sense! Let kids creativity shine through through letting them wear what they want within a range, but a wider range with what one that is already given.

This dress code is way too strict. Especially having one grade dress in colors different from other grades. Don't think that would make me feel like I was accepted and a part of the school. I see nothing wrong with t-shirts that have the school name on them.
