I honestly think dress code is alright, but it needs to be more flexible. For example, be able to wear any color polo shirt.

The dress code was supposed to get more leniate, but they have don't the opposite. I graduated last year and did not own but one polo because I had so many spirit shirts, my sister who is a junior is the same way. They honestly think dress code effects education and the atmosphere and it does not. It simple angers students, parents, and even the teachers. I'm glad I got out of there when I did.

If you want us to wear it buy it . I'm not buying no clothes that I don't even wear outside of school . Why should it matter how we dress ? If you see us it means we came to school . Atleast we are there

i graduated from ERHS in 2011... The principal seemed to care more about if your shirt was tucked in than he cared about education.

I Honestly don't see the point in this dress code. It's pretty difficult to have to restrain the clothes that I wear to only a fraction of what I have. The dress code is also expensive if you want quality, very uncomfortable during certain parts of the year, and can even be revealing, or embarrassing to many students. I myself have trouble keeping my shirt tucked in or always having a uniform shirt. Because it is too uncomfortable, and too expensive to get new shirts or keep them in good condition. The pants also usually feel like sun-baked cardboard.

I do not go to this school and I'm very glad I don't. These strict guidelines shouldn't be allowed. Students should be in comfortable attire. Not in clothes you wear to a job interview or just to work in general.

I personally think that having no dress code would not make a difference. But it would be WAY better if we were to freely wear whatever we want comfortably & appropiately.

This dress code is so idiotic that it's gotten people to make a petition. A freaking petition. Students are already pissed off for attending this school so why would you piss off there parents? Instead of focusing on what the students should wear wouldn't you concur that education should be the primary focus? Because I mean why do I need to be intelligent? obviously I'm gonna graduate ERHS and attend a college base on my looks, right? Right now there's someone who read that and didn't understand the sarcasm. That's how dumb you've made people ERHS. Isn't ERHS mission about making student intelligent and prepare for the world out there. How're you gonna do that when you have kids bullying each other because of the way the look. ERHS do surveys all the time about bullying and how to stop it but by the out looks of it, seem to be creating a bullying system.

We aren't all alike so why make us dress like it? ITS SCHOOL....NOT JAIL!!!
Schools suppose to help give you confidence in being yourself (as well as learning) but the dress code doesn't give us the chance to express who we are in what we wear. I had wearing the dress code....having to be cold bc I didn't have a "SCHOOL DRESS CODE APPROPRIATE" .....thats not right or fair to ALL THE STUDENTS.....TAKE THE DRESS CODE AWAY!!;;;

The dress code is ridiculous! Not all parents have money to get Specific outfits for school!! Some kids have to wear the same clothes everyday BC lack of money in the home to buy MORE UNIFORMS!! We all believe the uniforms are a way of NOT letting us express ourselves..... We aren't all the same so why make us all dress the same?? It's SCHOOL.....NOT JAIL PEOPLE!! TAKE AWAY THE UNIFORMS!!
