I want to go back to school.

Plz let us return to our study and self isolate, otherwise it is still hard to catch up when students can only receive education online and can not discuss with other students.

Foreign students will be protected, please allow entry to New Zealand

I am so disappointed that they treated us that way. Seems like they only care about their own money. And i rather stay in China than take the online course.

I am a student of Lincoln University, and the ban prevents thousands of Chinese students like me from completing their studies. Most of us did not come from the epidemic area, and at the time of the epidemic, we were all self-isolated at home. We petition students to enter school normally and complete our studies on time.

just let the healthy students enter the board ASAP. The government may launch some following-up policy or heath checking policy, or even blood check , to make sure the students wont bring the virus, but do not ban all of us out of the board, it’s unfair

I'm a UoA student from Wuhan. I wish nz government can help us to start the new semester in nz. I will do the self-quarantine and I would accept any related check to make sure the health condition of me. We earnestly request nz government can help us to prevent normal uni life from being disrupted by the virus. Thank you so much !!! I have been living in NZ for about 17years, and we don’t have PR, now we can’t go back to my home in NZ.

better to do more work inside rather than just keep them out.

Hi all. We are healthy and ordinary international students who are eager to go back to NZ and start a new semester. Please DO NOT extend the temporary travel ban. Chinese students are NOT virus carriers. NZ is our second home and most of us spend more time in NZ than in China every year. Any alternative study options are NOT the same as going to lectures/tutorials/labs in person. We have paid our tuition fees, we have the RIGHT to study and go back to uni LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! We DESERVE TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. Please also have faith in CN government that they are doing a good job in treating sick people, isolating potential virus carriers and protect their healthy citizens. Again, I wanna go back to NZ and I really miss my boyfriend and our cat!!!

There is no sense to ban us Chinese students which are also make NZ as our home and definitely don’t want NZ to have any impact. The only thing we want is to finish our study, as a science student, any prolong means a lot torment. We can make sure to isolate ourselves 14 day even show the recent route before we depart NZ. Please let us get back to school on time. Thx!

It is not fair to do so, especially for International students.

I am a student from Massey university, I understand the panic that CoV virus brings to the world and Chinese’s government is working hard to stop the virus as soon as possible and I hope New Zealand can let the international student who have student Visa to enter NZ to continue their study and we will ensure before we come to the NZ, we are totally clean and 100% health.

We can promise we won’t bring coronavirus into New Zealand

I wish the NZ government could learn the Singapore method. That is let student visa holders can still go back NZ. We could do self-isolation. Studying online is not a good option. We pay a lot of tuition fee not for online courses.

I am a new student in VUW and this is my first trimester of study. I want to get to NZ as soon as possible so that I won't miss any lecture. Please allow full fee payment student into the country. Thank you.

Please let the international students who has the proper student visa should be able to come back to New Zealand for studying, otherwise international students from China will have lots of issues on catching up on study.
