How can a Governor have the power to reverse 4 killers from serving their sentences. The outcome of his decision affects 4 families that cannot have their pain and sorrows pardoned. I would expect that with this petition the Governors decision can be reversed. If legally this cannot happen then this man needs to know that the people are not happy with his decision. This was a very selfish act and hurts not only the 4 families but also the entire country by having this animals released.
