With the internet being so available to everyone now, why the heck won't the HOA change their views on an at home business??? The house isn't going to have people going in and out of it, there won't be a store front out of the home NOR will there be any advertising on the property either!!! I have always TRIED to see the HOA as a necessary evil, helping to ensure that the property value won't go down on my house because they monitor how people keep their house/property looking on the outside....but when is it OK for them to tell me what I can/cannot do INSIDE my house when NO ONE is getting hurt nor bothered by it?!?!?!??!?!?! In these trying times the HOA has KILLED another small business owner!!!! All because of a rule which was made WAY before internet sales were prevalent and they won't change or overlook in such a case as mine, lets change this and not allow the HOA to hurt small business owners with this archaic thinking.
