I have lost business over this insane system. The information that we have is NOT reliable and we are looking like fools while Bright is using us a test project for future systems in other states. What a joke.

It's getting old....and it was old in November. I DID NOT vote for the change. I have trying hard to move forward, but the fact we are still daily relying on Paragon, is not good. I too am willing to throw in the towel!

When we voted on this I was under the impression that it was already up and running and a sound program I feel I am a victim of deceit

bright is anything but user friendly, painfully slow on fixing their errors, and handicaps me having to explain the countless errors which continue. additionally , instead of them taking responsibility and communicating with our clients, they will provide a bs form letter we can pass along, making it appear as if we may have created said letter. they should have been willing to contact our clients explaining their errors instead it lands on us .

There is no way to figure how much time I have wasted on Bright! When we switched, it was my understanding we were joining an existing system - NOT being the guinea pigs for a new system that had not been properly developed! There is no doubt that many homes could have been sold - if they could have been FOUND on Bright! And buyers would be able to actually find homes that matched their requirements - if the search options actually functioning. There appears to be NO END in sight to the problems and it's time we moved on - actually, time we reverted back to a system that actually worked!

I focus on representing my clients in York County an have little interest in other States or counties in Penna and I believe real estate agents should thoroughly know the territory the sell in

Enough already. It was a huge mistake and full of broken promises and "we are working on it" ... it has affected the whole market and community.

Bright is costing realtors time and money. The clients hate it, we Realtors hate it. It has crippled my productivity since last year. Enough excuses. When is enough, enough?

Bright does not meet our needs. It makes us less productive and is costing us money.

In this business time is money and I waste more time trying to find things and getting the system to work. It needs to be gone.

I can't believe our association made such a horrible mistake in not checking if this new system was ever Beta tested before we went live. This would have eliminated so many of our problems. The MLS sheets are terrible to read, no directions on them, you ask for one page and you get two, etc. We need Paragon back immediately. I feel we were sold a Rolls Royce which turned out to be a Ford Pinto. Not good at all!
