We tried. In theory, it should be an improvement...it has lots of bells and whistles which are impressive, but the total package is lacking the ease of use, I feel "blind"when I get in the system. We need to get rid of it.

It's very unfortunate to be an agent that had so much hope and felt that given enough time, I'd at least LIKE using Bright..however, I find that I avoid it as much as possible and resent spending the money I am required to pay for it.

This has been a total waste of time and money for both the agents and our client base. There is not any good reason to continue. I also have seen an influx of out of area agents coming into our market place who have no knowledge of the local market. This also takes market share away from the local agent. Enough said....Kill it!

Bright MlS is horrible. It is the worst, we had the best, it takes 20 times longer to do any task, and then it is far from ACCURATE!! PLEASE BRING BACK PARAGON!!!

Bright is a Lemon. I dislike using it, It takes too much time and performs sadly. I do not need a multi state MLS. It was just a very bad business deal. Paragon got the job done for me.

I really dislike bright with a passion...it makes our jobs frustrating..I hope we go back to paragon. There wasn't anything wrong and we didn't have the problems that we have everyday with bright.
