The names below are a sample of Center Grove residents who are concerned about the potential instability a change in key administrators would cause in our school corporation. Given the current changes taking place in the school corporation (new superintendent, three new school board members, and implications from a failed referendum), now is not the time for additional administrative changes. In addition, many of the current administrators (including Matt Shockley, Principal of CGHS and Dr. Janet Boyle, Assistant Superintendent at Center Grove) have the widespread support of students, staff, and community members. We encourage the School Board to carefully consider both the ramifications of additional instability and the strong community support these administrators have before making your decision regarding their contracts on November 15th.
