Dear Neighbors,

As most of you know, a small group of us have been working with John Hickman our town supervisor, the representatives of the retail space and other town officials to come up with a Memo of Understanding (MOU) for your review. Attached is that MOU. These are the basic agreements that the owners have made so that our community is comfortable with them moving forward creating a condo complex. Our town representatives would like our “buy in” before they have their regular town forum, where all town residents, you included, will have an opportunity to voice their opinions on this project.
