UNC Healthcare finally retreated and restored the mission we fought for. They tried to prioritize profit over patients but they failed because we refused to let them look away. We won this battle but I will be watching them every single day to ensure they never try this again.

My family has gone to UNC for generations but lately it feels like they only care about the bottom line. bring back the patient care we actually deserve.
fix the policies please. the staff is overworked and the patients are getting lost in the shuffle.
THEY FORGOT WHO THEY WORK FOR. Keep healthcare about the sick people not the profits.
Too much corporate nonsense. Just take care of people and stop acting like a business.
