Give me a grant I will open it back up I love that place so much

To much history to destroy.

Love to see the old store saved.

Please save this store! Where we came from and where we are going should be preserved. There are soo many people who appreciate history and the places are becoming far and few between to take a look back. Tennessee is one of the only places I've visited that has preserved our past and made it a monument to where our future is leading us. To destroy such history is sad. If we forget where we started our future is no longer a milestone, it's just a thing taken for granted.

Would be sad to see this building destroyed along with the history it holds. Please consider another site for the convenience center.

Please save this piece of history! My family lived in Rockvale after the War of Northern Aggression, and likely spent alot of time here after it was built.

Wish I could have one of those good old cheeseburgers that I used to get there in the past they sure were delicious, and ice cold Coke in a glass bottle, Buster's ain't got nothing on them hamburgers back in the day

Part of historic Rockvale, as was the church. Keep this it's to much in the hearts and community to go. Besides it's listed in our states historic buildings. No need to move the dump from where it is. Who came up with this terrible idea?

Save the store site and collect trash somewhere else. Remember the voting booth

I'm in favor of keeping historic places such as this store.

Don't destroy our history! Let us show our kids and grandkids. You can't ever replace it. Too much history has already been destroyed.

Preserve historic Rockvale!

Please keep our hometown the same. There are so many memories that were made in this small town for so many people. God bless our home town!

It won't be Rockvale without the store. Why not down across from that eye sore Where the towers are.

I went to school at the old rockvale school as a child and really loved the area. I would hate to see a wonderful childhood memory like the old store be destroyed and turned into a site for people to bring their trash to. I have several living and passed away family members who had all lived worked and went to school in the rockvale area and would hate to lose something that I share with my family to a dump. Whoever reads this please reconsider what you plan to do in the area because you will be destroying a piece of history that I look forward to telling my kids about so they can enjoy it as much as I have. Thanks!

History of our community is more than just money. This is our way of life to be remembered now and FOREVER.

Please keep this building there. The past needs to be preserved for current and future generations! This building has historical relevance!

It would be a tragedy to see this wonderful landmark forgotten.

Please keep store building as is. It is an historic land mark that should be left alone.
