We are currently finalizing our application materials for the upcoming Community Board 4 meeting. Our legal team is documenting the support from local residents to present during the hearing session.

Good luck. This neighborhood is changing fast and a new american spot sounds great for the area.
Finally some good food coming to 9th. tired of walking so far just to get a decent drink and a meal.
really hope you get this license. chelsea needs more late night spots that arent just loud bars.
YES PLEASE. 148 ninth is an empty space right now we need something cool there!

the community board can be tough but this place seems like a good addition to the block. hope everything gets approved.
