Resource rich communities must fully benefit from the resources in their localities. Investors on the other hand must make sure they operate responsibly. Afterall our minerals are finite.
Responsible investment will result in less environmental degrading, less conflicts between locals and miners, more rewards for the community as their needs will at least be addressed by the investment

Natural and minerals resources must benefit the country ,as mineral resource rich communities we need proper service delivery from our mineral revenues better roads, schools and health services.we want mega deals for mega benefits not mega deals for mega problems.
