Keep the apartments in apartment districts -- SBA has enough properties that could be rebuilt if needed.

We strongly object to proposed development because. High volume traffic concerns and road safety issues have not been addressed.

Being across the street from this proposed development, this is of direct consequence to me. This high density apartment complex will negatively impact the neighborhood and is not in our best interests. Please keep the zoning the way it is unless there is exceptional reasoning requiring otherwise.

I understand that this is the first of many new units to be added on the north side of Blackhawk road in coming years. I also understand the overall development plan of Middleton to promote higher density. However, I'm concerned by the lack of a plan to manage the traffic flow out of this set of units on rush hour mornings. Traffic volumes through the eastern Blackhawk neighborhood cannot help but be unsafe for the many children in it. The City should scale back this development considerably and work hard to develop an improved traffic exit plan.

We cannot support any project having a density greater than 29 units per acre in this location, nor any building height greater than 2.5 stories. Anything taller or with greater density would be completely out of character with surrounding uses and a horrible example of Middleton planning gone awry. We are also strongly in favor of tying the development timing to the completion of vet badly needed improvements to Pleasant View Road before proceeding.

This is ill-conceived for all of the reasons mentioned. We were shocked to even hear that such a project was being considered as good city planning and zoning.

I oppose this project. The area is too congested from a traffic standpoint. Please build somewhere else.

That area is already crowded. We don't need a huge traffic mess on top of that. It would be very irresponsible for the city to do this.

this location makes no sense and will greatly impact our neighborhood, where many young children play outside. There is no reason to bring further congestion to that crowded and difficult intersection. Please reconsider the location.

Our property will be greatly impacted - we are directly across the street from the proposed site. We have young children and the traffic is already a safety concern on Blackhawk Road..

I'm all for development but this one makes no sense given the current traffic problems at that intersection!!
