RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION AND RESTORATION OF THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM GOVERNMENT BY THE HAWAIIAN NATIONALS/KANAKA MAOLI

WHEREAS; the State of Hawaii Legislature admitted by authoring HCR 96 in their 2012 session that in 1893 the United States violated the sovereignty of the Hawaiian Kingdom by colluding with insurgents to usurp the government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and acknowledged international law clearly PROHIBITS the coercive assignment or altering of a person’s nationality and citizenship to a foreign state without the explicit free, prior and informed consent of the person.
The State of Hawaii further admitted pursuant to Hawaiian Kingdom laws, international treaties and conventions, the Law of Nations, and all other standards relating to nationality, Hawaiian Nationals are citizens of the Hawaiian Kingdom, residing in their own country, the Hawaiian Islands, and are NOT citizens of the United States or residents of the State of Hawaii. Hawaiian Nationals/Kanaka Maoli compose a large portion of the population in the Hawaiian Islands and lawfully reserve and assert their rights to claim nationality in the Hawaiian Kingdom, a nation in continuity. These rights are conferred by natural birth and customary law and practices, whether lineally descended from Hawaiian Nationals, by birth within the physical boundaries of the Hawaiian Islands or by a formal process of naturalization.
The United States Congress affirmed that Section 19 of the Admission Act itself DOES NOT confer, terminate or otherwise change the nationality status of Hawaiians; and
The term “Hawaiian National” is NOT synonymous with the term “Native Hawaiian”, which was coined by the United States Congress to narrowly define Hawaiians according to aboriginal blood quantum, now, therefore,
IT IS RESOLVED Hawaiian Nationals are recognized as the authentic population residing in the Hawaiian Islands and as the authentic heirs, beneficiaries, and body politic of the Hawaiian Kingdom a nation in continuity are exercising their right to organize and restore their national government.

This petition supports the Kanaka organizing and implementing their government. It does not support any one group or organization. The purpose is to tell the world we are going to use our right and to show them that we do agree on this issue! Sign it and honor your grandparents who signed the Ku;e Petition. Together we can fix this for our moopuna and our kupuna.

In reading and understanding that the Hawaiian Kingdom exists, it's People never forfeited their Rights, then why would we give up anything to a Foreign Power and be asked to sit down in the rear and wait to be called? As Konahiki's to assigned Ahapua'a Tracks of Land, our Kuleana is to strenghten our understanding as the Gate Keepers, and be watchful of All that enter? As All malama one another, andtake on the Duties collectively, All is Good! The Konahiki assigned by Ke Akua has the responsibility to observe and listen, and with Counsel make appropreate scheduling and guidelines for all to agree with? A Harmonious Place has Harmonious People? As the environment grows, so wil the needs and wants? Then comes a Plan of How to Grow and remain Pono. Every day, we need to ask for Forgiveness, Guidance, Protection, and Thankfulness---Everyday...
