The below listed citizens of the Rowan – Salisbury School District hereby request the follow members of the RSS Board of Education immediately submit the resignation of their Board of Education seat: Kevin Jones, Alisha Byrd- Clark, Jean Kennedy, and Brian Hightower. We citizens are requesting these members resignations because we do not believe these members are representing our concerns and furthermore are not acting in the best interest of the students of this district.
By affixing our signatures below, we hereby attest to our request for the resignations of Kevin Jones, Alisha Byrd-Clark, Jean Kennedy, and Brian Hightower.

I don’t agree with mask or the vaccine. I believe children need to build their immune system naturally or else they won’t be able to fight off any other diseases or infections. You are teaching these kids that they don’t have a right or a voice on their own body! “My body My choice” right? You are making these children believe this is normal and natural. We don’t wear mask when it’s flu season. Stop being cowards and stand up for these kids. The government isn’t God and neither is the school board. Let these children learn, breathe and know what it’s like to live in the world God created for us not the world senseless humans have created.
The members of the BOE acted outside of their realm of authority and obligations. They are not doctors and have no right to make medical decisions for over 19,000 minors without their parents consent.
I wholeheartedly agree that these board members should be removed. The masks should be optional. Herd immunity is the only defense against this virus.
It's a violation of Federal law. Masks are a product that implicitly states that they don't prevent transmission or infection. You're all in violation.
I expected two of them to enforce it but not Hightower or Jones. If you care about the kids reverse it

I think it should be up to the parents mighty funny they say wear mask and how many kids are out of school now. Before all this they wear fine now we sending kids home why
