Please sign to make your voice heard! As residents of Fulton, we are against Nestle Building 30 being converted into a multi-income apartment complex. We believe there is a better use for the Downtown Revitalization Initiative money that our city was awarded and would like to see a more productive use; such as business offices, shops, a senior center or something benefiting our city's youth.

We dont need more apartments downtown. The traffic is already bad enough and we need actual jobs here not just more people packed into one building.
KEEP THE NESTLE BUILDING FOR BUSINESS ONLY. enough is enough with the apartments!!!
Fulton needs a business hub or retail space that brings in actual revenue. Putting low income housing in that spot is a huge mistake for our property values.
Total waste of potential. That building could be a nice center for the community but instead they just want to throw more housing at us.
I grew up here and this town is going downhill. Apartments will just bring more trouble and drain our schools. Use the money for something that helps current residents.

It's well known that this type of Housing brings Crime to the neighborhood in the form of Drugs, Prostitution, General Lawlessness and Gang like behavior. There are few Employment Opportunities in Fulton to support those who would move into this Property and it seems the current population is dissatisfied with the Services available now; adding more low-income housing would seem to be counterproductive.
