Living conditions are unacceptable. Some times there's no hot water and some no water running at all! Forcing us to either take a freezing cold shower or no shower at all and having to cancel plans or skip work, not being able to cook or even have water to drink.
15 Easton Court - we were given false information about the opening of facilities on site. Tesco, gym etc.
We have had issues with broken tiles, heating and water. All were resolved after months of pleading with them.
The water cut situation is taking too long now without any seen efforts from the Oaklands rise Management. This needs to be addresed as we are experiencing that for day 2 now.
Please Folio, listen to our complaints, acknowledge our frustrations and fix what we are paying such a high rent for!
