I read there will be underground parking. How do we know whether or not the soil has lead? Totally unacceptable!

No way -this city is disgusting anymore - this was a family neighborhood where we all knew each other - raised families together now my old neighborhood is unrecognizable to me - very sad

Our area is already ridiculously over crowded. To put this many units without each having their own built in parking space included would be a detriment to the existing community who already struggle every single day to park their cars, most especially the long time loyal residents, our senior citizens. It’s disgraceful! It would also be unfair to anyone buying one of these units. This will cause so many issues and decrease the quality of life in our community. Not to mention, the demolition damage that it will do to the long time residents homes that live practically right next door or behind this! This is an extremely poor plan and disrespectful to the already existing residents!

There will be no parking. PPA will be in full effect. The street level retail "loading" zones will take up all the parking not to mention deliveries clogging up the streets. The fresh food grocery is a BS thing they always throw in and they never happen
