The ratio of improved/open space is high; parking is inadequate, placing a burden on its neighbors; and property frontage is inadequate.

There is no parking , it is very congested in the area people have lived there for years , and of course it comes down to money as always, the city should say there should be parking made for each apt and a quest who is visiting otherwise it can’t be built the city councilman in the neighborhood should get involved with the people and the developers
