I believe in the gentrification of this neighborhood, but not only does this building not come with nearly enough parking, the height of the building will overshadow the historic homes surrounding it.

Show some respect to the citizens who did not leave the neighborhood! Developers are too greedy and leave ours streets in disrepair and construction debris behind. Enough is enough!

This is a complete failure to acknowledge the fabric of this neighborhood. If we allow this, we are one step closer to becoming what NoLibs has, a collection of ugly behemoths stacked on top of each other, with no original design, and no respect for what fits into the neighborhood.

There is barely enough parking as is. It is a congested area as is. Too large of a condo building for a family community.

This is a ridiculous idea! This intersection is way to small & tight for such construction. It would a total eye sore for the neighborhood!

This is completely insane, 150 apts and 50 parking spots. Let alone a 7 story eyesore blocking neighbors view and sunlight.

A building of that size does not belong in this neighborhood. The neighborhood is already congested with new housing developing all over.

Definitely NO!!! As a senior resident, I am paying real estate taxes for all these people who are receiving abatements. A building of this size does not belong on a street in a residential neighborhood. Have them build in a place where this is feasible, not a residential neighborhood!!!

This building will put my home in a shadow year-round. I love gardening and have a young child, and this would ruin our home environment.

Another greed-driven project. This proposed building would be WAY too tall, and parking would be a nightmare.
