Almost every day there is a case of police brutality. How do you feel when this form of murder and abuse is perpetrated by the defenders of our rights and tolerated in America, the leader of the free world?
Police brutality is a widespread problem that affects communities throughout America. Most of the victims of police brutality are of color. Data from the Huffington Post shows that people of color are TWICE AS LIKELY to be victims of police brutality than whites.
We suggest that body cameras could be used to prevent police brutality. These cameras will assist jurors in condemning police officers who acted against the law and raising awareness about racial tensions in America. This petition will help persuade Michigan law enforcement officers to wear body cameras.

Too many bad cops now. We need to force them to wear body cams so they can no longer bully and beat up on anybody they want, including childre!!

Cops need to wear body cams to become responsible for their actions. Ones that tortured me for two hours would have been fired if they would have been wearing one!
