We, the below Officers and Engineers of CSL domestic fleet, understand that article 14.3 of the most recent agreement mentions the following : "The officer ... The pay stub shall be sent to each Officer aboard the vessel in a separate sealed enveloppe, or electronically to their personal email address when technology permits. It shall be the responsibility of each Officer to ensure the Company has an up to date email address."
Being in the year 2020, we all agree that this technology exists for a few years now.
We, the below Officers and Engineers, are requesting now that we move on on having the electronic pay stub.
But the electronic pay stub would remain optional for those who would prefer to keep the paper mailed version.

Receiving our pay stubs by email would make much more sense in my opinion than waiting for the paper version. I understand though that some members who are less familiar with computers might prefer to keep the paper version so I guess it should be presented as an option.
Looking forward to being up to speed with other companies by receiving pay stubs via e-mail.
I think we should received both as we can see our pay stub when it came in and don't wait for the paper version
Having them emailed would be way better for filing taxes. Just make sure the files are encrypted so our info stays safe.
It would be nice when on vacation you can go to the bank for a loan and actually have a current pay stub.

its 2020 already having to wait for the mail while we are out at sea is ridiculous. lets get with the times.
