We understand filling out the physical G4 Form Daily is a labor some process. We are requesting union member support to speed up the G4 data gathering process by using a company produced app on an operator’s personal phone. We would like to learn how many operators would be willing to go electronic and help speed up the data gathering process.
If operators do not choose to opt-in to this solution – then they will be required to still fill out daily reports by hand on paper.
Currently we are only looking for preliminary support in order to gain the resources to build this application.

The volume of support confirms there is a clear mandate for an electronic reporting system. I am moving forward with drafting a formal proposal for the development team to outline our requirements for the app.

anything to stop the paperwork nightmare... filling these out at the end of a shift is brutal.
Please do, collecting these on top of every other reciept, tag or documentation is a pain in the ass

The app will not work if the reports aren’t looked at.
This here will in fact protect the operator in case of mishaps
