Sub:- Request from parents group of GMS ,Sharjah against the changing the Principal from the school

At this outset , the parents of the students in Gems Millennium School, Sharjah would like to thank the Gems Management with the trust that due consideration would be given to our appeal/ representation. We are proud to have our children to be part of the Gems family and to be part of the Gems Management. As part of the expat community from various parts of the world shall have good faith in all the institution.

Also we have had support from all the staff including the teaching and the administration fraternity under the leadership of the Principal Mr. Antony Joseph who was more than an educationalist, teacher and guide to all the students in the school. In all the occasions convened during the course of these years Mr. Antony Joseph apart from fulfilling the role of the Principal, was always the goodwill of the Gems Management and moreover as parent(s) we have always noticed and found profound affection to our children from the well being of the students and the same time modeling these children as good individual thereby who had been a pillar to this school from the inception stage which we have seen and observed. Also would like to highlight at this juncture wherein the first batch students who are having the board exams would be at dismay.

With the news of early retirement it was noticed that majority of the staff, children and parents found really disturbed and was really distressed. On inquiring that the reason for the early retirement, it was informed from the various quarters of this institution was giving different reasoning. But it is an appalling fact that this institution which withholds all integrity and dignity did not try to upkeep this in this specific instance. We the parents who have supported the Gems Management and the management of this school would request herewith to revoke this decision of changing principal considering the feelings of students and parents ,which could be discussed if given an appointment with the concerned management representative or the Chairperson in order to give our representation.

Would at the same time like to thank you for extending an opportunity to hear our appeal. Also along with this letter we are attaching our duly signed representation.
