The FHANA members who have signed this petition respectfully request the FHANA Board of Directors reconsider their recent decision to register B-Book II horses in North America without input from the FHANA membership.
Additionally, the petitioners request that a vote pertaining to the FHANA registration of B-Book II horses be placed on the upcoming 2016 FHANA Board of Directors election ballot.

This reflects serious overreach by the board. Get it on the ballot for 2016.
Ridiculous that this was decided without any input from us. Put it on the ballot.
Voting is the only fair way to handle this. Let the membership decide.
The members deserve a say in this. It is our registry and our horses we are talking about here!
we need transparency regarding the b-book changes. stop hiding these decisions from the people who actually pay the dues
