The silence from the governor's office is heavy but it does not mean we are stopping. I am exhausted from the constant back and forth with officials who refuse to look at what this law actually does. We keep fighting because the alternative is to accept something that is fundamentally wrong.

Absolute shame. This is the epitome of how much worth we as humans put on human lives. How can we find it acceptable to murder babies all the while finding suicide to be such tragedy? Hypocritical.
Third trimester fetuses are viable with minimal medical intervention. Yet you've ruled that they can be aborted. You say it's inhumane to put to death a murderer on death row who's done terrible things, yet it's humane to kill an innocent viable fetus. Won't ever spend another dime in New York until this is repealed. Absolutely one of the worst laws EVER passed!
This law is horrific. Why would you carry to term to abort? If you choose to abort, do so much earlier. There is no need to abort so close to birth.
I am a mother who has had an abortion... the biggest regret in my life. This is wrong. They are lives and souls. They aren't on the way they're here and need to be treated as such ...

Murder is to force the taking of life from the possessor of that life. Our Bodies are our own, given by God, and we are accountable to God, not any government for them. When Government stands in the place of God, it has become treasonous to the American Constitution, the Bill of Rights; The State of NY has declared war on the American people, in this act of genocide from the womb. They have shown themselves traitors to the oath of Office and the Oath of citizenship in this country. They are in defiance of the law of the unalienable rights of the human being to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They should be arrested and hung for premeditated murder and insurrection against the people of this Country. A bill that allows abortion when a woman has been molested, seduced , or raped, sex-trafficked, drugged into a sex act, etc. where the will of the woman was overcome by some force greater than her ability to control it or recognize it or defend herself against it, and when the mother's own life is in danger of death, this is the only kind of abortion allowance that lines up with God's attitude expressed in the Scriptures. Rampant fetal abortion is premeditated murder and a blatant attack on our nation: genocide.
Asking Cuomo to rescind this is totally unlikely and it won't be repealed. But, he should be excommunicated. Look for my petition.

The science is in, those babies are viable, they feel pain, they sense what is around them, they respond to voices and stimuli. What is next the government deciding who can and cannot have children.
