I was reading through the messages you all have been sending and honestly it makes me think about how many of our graduates are just looking for a reason to stay here instead of leaving for the mainland. It is exhausting to keep checking for a response from the government that never seems to come but we really have to keep bringing this up because they are acting like we might just go away if they ignore us long enough.

revoke new job policy it,s really joke policy to divided j&k from india ....
our fundamental right " right to equality" and begger system prevails in Omar govt. we want to get of it.
This is totally insane. Even a labour earns more than that and still can't afford the average life.How employee can afford at such a meager salary.
A labour in Kashmir earns about Rs 10000 around in a month and a new employee under new employment policy gets only a salary of Rs 3000, shame for NC coalition Govt.
How can a respectable well educated person survive on mere salary of ₹ 3000 in ds age. Why is dre such a policy, when dy can hike legislators salary 3 tyms. ?

3000 rs is not a salary its an insult to our youth. how are kids supposed to feed families on this amount? total disgrace.
