I would be interested in pursuing the skim coating as I do need repair to my front steps. I also agree that the cost of living here is getting out of had
I agree completely. I also feel strongly, after my own interactions with RIPAC, and seeing how the property is maintained, that the management company is not at the level needed to manage this high-end neighborhood of homes valued at more than $25,000,000.00.
I fully agree with this petition. Very frustrated as I am a new homeowner here.

We are not just talking about step treatments, a subject that I have been dealing with for almost a year. We are really talking about the excessive power one person and two helpers have over 57 households. This is legal until parts of our By-laws changed.
I fully agree with the petition. If we do not see transparency from the Board then I think we should initiate another petition to change the Board members!

It now appears that the level of discontent with the present Board makes for an unworkable relationship with the homeowners. This is sad as the Board members dedicate much time for a thankless job. However, unilateral decisions that appear to lack input from the homeowners has caused this situation.
