It now appears that the level of discontent with the present Board makes for an unworkable relationship with the homeowners. This is sad as the Board members dedicate much time for a thankless job.
However, unilateral decisions that appear to lack input from the homeowners has caused this situation.

I agree completely. I also feel strongly, after my own interactions with RIPAC, and seeing how the property is maintained, that the management company is not at the level needed to manage this high-end neighborhood of homes valued at more than $25,000,000.00.

We are not just talking about step treatments, a subject that I have been dealing with for almost a year. We are really talking about the excessive power one person and two helpers have over 57 households. This is legal until parts of our By-laws changed.

I would be interested in pursing the skim coating as my front steps need to be repaired as well. I also agree that the cost of living at The Preserve is getting out of hand
