This person does not have the authorization or support of either of Becca's parents. She is not authorized by the personal representative to use her name, or anyone in her family. Ken Sedwick does not support Rebecca Talley or her theories and neither do I. She has been sent a cease and desist order that she publicly admitted she received and publicly said she was going to ignore. We have people hired people to represent us in getting justice for Becca. This woman's "help" is not needed.
Yes, the claim is that she was bullied to death, that claim has been greatly exaggerated to say the least.
This case DOES need to be reopened. To many unanswered questions, botched investigation, autopsy etc. this child is not resting peacefully! She no longer has a voice to tell the world exactly what happened. Another detective investigation unit outside of Polk county needs to reopen this case! Get to the bottom of this NON SUICIDAL DEATH!
Why do you want to sign it? The Medical Examiner did a thorough job in assessing the cause of death and found zero evidence to support homicide. Had she been pushed she would have hit the side she had to jump in order to avoid hitting the sides on the way down. A petition is a silly way to try to get a ME to reconsider anyway.

I read and heard everything and I so agree the case should be reopened. This angel needs a voice let us be it.
