Renting in this country is difficult. We pay too much for too little. There needs to be regulations to renting properties.

I have been renting for years and the prices just keep going up. I currently stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for $4200 all for the sake of "security" and "comfort". Safety and comfort are important, but since when everybody have to be charging so much. We chose this place only because of where it is situated. Other than that, we'd like nothing more than to be out of here. The rent is too high and there is no one regulating it!
