I fully support 100%. I have been renting a one bedroom apartment with my 2 kids for 3 years @2,750 a month lights not included!!! And its not worth it. The plumbing and electricals malfunction every other monday. The landlady wont fix anything and she wants her money on time no matter what. Please do something about this because its overbearing. These people are unreasonable.

I have been renting for a few years now and the last place i rented was a one bedroom apartment for $2500.00. There were a lot of issues with getting Water there, among other things. I was forced to move out because i was simply not able to continue to pay such high rent because i had to leave my job to take care of my son who was constantly getting sick at the nursery. Anyway upon leaving, we never got back our deposit, $2500.00. The landlord claimed the paint cost him $1700.00 plus labour. This said landlord, by the way is a Police Officer.

Small spaces with exorbitant rent prices, your place being broken into and furniture/things being stolen with no sign of braking in to entry, makes you wonder . No repairs to places like Delta . sewage water with proof of it and no repairs . Tactics to new places where they start you at x price and within 3-6 months raises rent ?????? whats really happening ?? Please help
