Final supporters
The Superintendent has recommended not to renew the contract of Robert Mitchell as Principal of Schuyler- Colfax Middle School.
Mr Mitchell has been an administrator at Schuyler-Colfax for the past 14 years and Principal for the last 1.5 years.
Since his appointment to Principal, morale, discipline and test scores have been better than ever (surpassing the other two middle schools).
Our concern is that this non-renewal is merely to make room for more outside hires.
We request that you sign this petition to have Mr. Mitchell reinstated as Principal.
Let's keep our Schuyler family together!

Mr. Mitchell is the best thing that ever happened to Schuyler-Colfax. Why fix what isnt broken???
This is ridiculous. He has done so much for the staff and the kids in a short amount of time. Keep him!!
14 years of service and this is the thanks he gets? Disgraceful.
My son actually enjoys school now because of him. Huge mistake to let him go.
Wayne BOE needs to start listening to the parents for once.
