Due to the proximity of the Basketball Courts to the Pool, the increased use by Non-Residents, and the escalating level of Rude, Crude, Socially Un-Acceptable behavior, Offensive language, and lack of Respect for the HOA Rules, please join me in support of Removing The Basketball Court Permanantly. The City of Little Elm will not build Public Basketball Courts due to the increase of Criminal Behavior they bring. Several of us HOA Members have been verbally assaulted, physically threatened while using the Pool. We Will not stand for it any more. This is OUR Common Ground, and we choose not to be afraid anymore. As a Private HOA Community, our dues pay for this Basketball Court, and we should fund it No More. We have already tried to assist the people using it with new Benches and a Water Fountain, but those have done nothing to help with the ever increasing Tension between Home Owners using the Pool, and Non-Residents and Violent Teens using the Basketball Courts.
