No child should be able to be legally taken out of the county from one parent and remain. That is kidnapping and you Judge Wiggins allowed it, shame on you.

I respectfully request Judge Wiggins be removed from her position and all of her custody cases be further studied, reviewed to ensure the well being and safety of the children and returned to their custodial parent. Reprimands must be made of the violators; parents, court clerks and the Judge, If necessary.

Any judge who would put the desires of the parent over the well-being of the child should be swiftly removed from the bench and sanctioned. Giving custody of children to parents who are abusive and/or moving the children to other countries is unacceptable. Leaving a judge to continue inappropriate contact (ex parte communication) with anyone involved in an on-going case is also unacceptable.

These Judges and bodies appointed to oversee Judge's conduct should be held responsible for not upholding the law they are sworn to uphold. These children do not recover. Politics, egos or financial corruption do not belong in the Court room. This type of corruption and tyranny is why our forefathers left England, fought England and created our government and legal system.

Judges who think they are in a position of power are mistaken. You are on the bench to uphold the law. If you can not control your narcissistic tendencies, then get off the bench. Family judges are supposed to protect the best interest of the child. Putting a child with an abuser is criminal.

Agenda-driven individual who seems to view the population through the lens of the horrors she has encountered in her life and/or courtroom. Over several nightmarish years in her courtroom, she never questioned the validity of any accusations contained in the GAL, probation officer, CPS, or County DHS reports. Same was true concerning the statements made in her courtroom. She dismissed a motion submitted by 4 lawyers to remove a GAL without even reviewing the document. Her reply in the courtroom was, "You all need to play nice together." I've discovered since that a Judge who is aware of inappropriate conduct by a GAL in her courtroom, but does nothing about it, can be impeached. I can't imagine any other motivation that she might have had to refuse to read a motion made in her court. That is simply one outrageous example among many. Without reservation, in my opinion, she is dangerous to the welfare of families and does not exhibit any semblance of making wise judgements.

There was no justice in Arlington courts for years, and this is the real crime. That the judges take bribes and do favors only makes it a worse crime.

She resided over my daughter's visitation & child support case. She is the devil, I said it then and I day it now. When she was residing over my case she had no idea what it meant to be a mother. This was my first daughter and I didn't know but I knew one thing for sure my daughter was abused while in the care of her father and I didn't need a court to stop visitation. I went to jail twice because this witch wanted to keep giving my daughter back. GAL fought to get the judge to listen but Wiggins wasn't hearing it. When the father refused to persue the case further that witch going to tell him he can come back to her court at anytime and regain visitation. Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin! I had her has juvenile judge... I still have I'll feelings towards this woman and I'm 28 years old. Although I did things to deserve punishment. I did not deserve the treatment or severity of the punishment from her.

I know this Judge and worked for her for a while -- her only concern was to do the best for the children involved in bad situations -- she was always willing to work with parents to help them over issues so they could be reunited -- saw it first hand. Yes, she is tough but with the best intentions. This is not right! She is a good judge and person!! She worked with Aruora House for at risk girls and gave them experiences that helped with self-esteem and mostly on her own dime!! She is a good judge and person!

This lady does not deserve to be a judge. She's a disgrace to the judicial system and should keep her personal feelings to herself in court. How can she still be on the bench with so many complaints? Everyone is not suited for every position. This woman (Wiggins) is not suited to be a Judge. Today in a custody hearing she boldly degraded me and insulted my integrity. Evidence towards my case was given and she never once looked at it and returned without even looking at me. She made fun of me in front of the other party and basically cheered them on for the abuse done to my granddaughters by the parents. .

Only in VA are Judges voted into office by the legislature without any input from the people. The legislature needs to wake up and be voted out unless they take action and stop letting Judges whether or not they are bias and whether or not to recuse themselves. I have Cancer and had surgery scheduled with a doctor's note to the Judge and Motion for Continuance BUT Judge Fiore of Arlington Circuit Court held an ex parte trial and entered a default judgment against me!

I was a physician caring for my sick child. I had been unemployed caring for my child, while my child's father cohabitated with a woman for more than a year and refused to support his own children. I petitioned to terminate spousal support. What little money I had was needed to care for my children. I had to represent myself pro se because I could not afford an attorney and legal aid would not help me because I am a physician. Judge Wiggins immediately expressed her bias and prejudice before I could even speak, "saying I was not a lawyer, but a physician", and that I was proceeding "at my own peril". She said it was "willful" that I did not have a lawyer, but when I told her it was not "willful", she scolded me in court saying I was "in contempt" because she did not want to hear me speak any more about this. Needless to say, she wouldn't hear the evidence I wished to present, would not listen to any witnesses of the cohabitation I brought to court with me that day, and dismissed my case altogether. All of the evidence I had had been included with discovery. My children ultimately will suffer now because of the consequences of her actions. Now I have to continue paying money to a man while he continues to neglect his own children. I asked for child support but because I am a physician, they based the calculation on what money I potentially could make. It seems the court is more interested in having women go out and work than actually caring for their sick children.

This Judge would not allow me in the courtroom after I had driven over an hour to testify for my sister, Theresa Clark. I was not allowed to give my statements as pertaining to my Ex -BiL, Greg Rosati. This Judge, also allowed in all opposing lawyers into the courtroom 2 hours before she heard my sister’s case. The Judge, Esther Wiggins was favoring lawyers and I resent having to drive over an hour to downtown Suffolk, only to be told I could not enter the courtroom. This Judge should lose any position she has in the State of Virginia.

What county are you in? I am wondering why this judge is acting as a substitute in other counties when she is not in Arlington anymore. Why is she in the pool for substitute judges? Judge Esther Wiggins ignored evidence that my (now ex) husband is an indiscriminate sexual predator, with a family history of incestuous sexual abuse, a personal history of sexual misconduct, sex addiction and ordered shared custody of our 4 children who have been sexually abused by him purely as a result of her ruling.

Judge was very biased without looking at facts for child to not be kn Father's care. Father has not provided a sense of comfort and refused to give child specific medication to her needs. Judge was very rude, made fun of the fact that I did not live in VA. She was irritated as soon as I walked in. Before I said anything she threatened to throw me in jail for 12 months. She did not review our prior case documents, mediation, and prior cour appearance Very disrespectful in tone attitude and very biased. She made fun of my daughter needing medication for her allergies. As my child has constantly gotten sick and unable to breath in her Father's care. My child has a gluten intolerance and has to have a specific diet in order to not get hives, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramping and bloating. The judge asked if I thought my child was lying to me about her being sick and stomach hurting. I was so taken back. She was loud and rude to me as I was talking. She didn't even give me a chance to speak about my child's anxiety and Adhd and ruled the case as I need to return my child back on visitation. I am very taken back as I myself work with needy families. The disrespect I feel and felt is completely unnecessary. Now my child has to go with the fear of her not getting proper care. My ex has a history of manipulation and lying under oath, yet none of that was reviewed.

I pray that no one else has to deal with the unprofessional and overall unnecessary attitude that this judge has displayed. The factor that there was clear evidence(text messages, screenshots, full on medical records.) and she CHOSE to deny and refuse every last bit like none of was even real aggravates me. My daughter Jasline was taken away from me by a corrupt judge Esther Wiggins when I was underage which resulted in me losing the rights to my daughter and ultimately not being able to see her. My daughter was only 3 years old that was the last time I saw her . She recently took her life last Friday and we only heard about it by a email received by the middle school (Gunston Middle School) she attended, she was only 13 and I’m her biological mother I would just like closure as to what happened to her and where her funeral will be held but her adopted parents haven’t provided any sort of information.

Went before her on 1Feb23 when she was serving as a substitute judge in lieu of Adrianne Bennett. She said if I got found guilty of one pending matter, I’d automatically have a permanent protective order put on me. That shows total disregard for due process. Thankfully our case was continued and hopefully we’ll get a competent judge next time.
