Judge Wiggins granted protective order against me to my abusive husband and kicked me out on street. He had NO evidence or witnesses. I have not kids for 2 weeks on row, with supervision afterwards. It has been 9 months and that unfair decision still affects my (and kids life) tremendously

In my troubled youth, among a plethora of other charges, I've had: 3 weeks for possession of alcohol, a charge for trespassing at a friend's house, and then, after all that, she saw my possession of tobacco case-- when I was already 18.

She ignores facts and uses her personal opinion. She holds people to her personal status and not the law. She ruined too many lives already.

she would have locked me up when i was 17 when my mother was dying of cancer. fortunately for me she was out on x-mas vacation and i had an understanding substitute judge. he clearly saw her emboldened notes on my file but used his discretion...something she lacks.

Judge wiggins does not care about people, she lacks empathy completely and utterly. I have sat in on her hearings and left sad and disgusted, friends with problematic lives fear and despise her. She is not fair.

She made me go to dads for visitation eveb tho she know how he was and he was on probation but she didn't care I blame her for what he did to me.

It's truly sad how much advantage is taken being in a authority position. It's also sad how many broken families this woman has caused. Good riddance, be removed already lady!

I had her as a juvenile and her bias towards the defendants in her courtroom are boundless. She is a former prosecutor.

I have heard many stories from friends about this joke of a judge. More concerned with giving out harsh punishments and ruining lives than doing what is right
