A convicted animal abuser - who has a criminal record clearly is a registered ambulance emergency assistant with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
If this person can kick his dog to death, what would he do to a patient.
Would he kill a helpless patient if he gets annoyed with them?
This person should not be allowed to practice as a emergency medical carer.
