An employment coordinator is in charge of overseeing a company's employment procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. The coordinator fails to do these task and let's supplemental employees be used uncontrolled. He doesn't represent the supplemental employees best interest. He wasn't reelected as union steward in JL because of poor representation and carried that over to the position he was awarded because of friendship with prior chairmen.
