As an SE I have asked more than once about ratio numbers to no response. We have been asked to sign up for 6 days or be limited to 3. Starve or never see family. There are SE that have been here for 5 years that have been told there are no spots to roll over to just for them to bring people from other places to fill jobs we don’t have!
