I feel a person with this job should have extensive knowledge of this game and be of service to its customers as without them you have no bussiness --Eve n Canada

I agree with this, all of the recent petty bannings within the last few months, ridiculous, my main got banned for a known glitch that I had no control over. I only got a automated response from Navi, and have sent in 9 other responses, and after a while, responded again to only get another automated response indicating that he had closed my ticket without responding to me... I vote Bearclaw, idk about this "BearclawTwo" person but the original Bearclaw seemed like one of the only people to give a damn about this game... Spotted often, dealt with the issues, usually resulting in player satisfaction... Navi, nothing but denial and no responses, and I've only seen or heard of him ingame maybe twice... Sad excuse for someone running a game that's been around for 7-8 years with most veterans still playing. Someone with 7 years dedicated to this game, no lifeing it, and hundreds of dollars spent on it should not be ignored in a ticket, no matter what you think they did... But then again... You wouldn't fcking know because you won't talk to them about what happened!!!

please hire a gm that ACTUALLY cares about doing their job CORRECTLY and never put another clown like Navi/Danavin in charge of anything, he should honestly be fired.

I don't agree with what's been happening, Gms should respect everyone as we respect them and not play favorite or have the power to do what has happened . We can only hope pwi will take this seriously and don't just brush it off like they have with some situations in the past.
