I agree that navi has been unprofessional at times and needs to know more about the pwi product and underlying issues before making rash decisions

Totally agreed. This guy ruined my game experience. The way he handles things is actually one of the reasons I ended up quitting a few months ago. He is completely rude and unprofessional.

This GM has no understanding of his role as a facilitator / moderator. He demonstrates great ineptitude in dealing with even simple problems. On many occasions has displayed personal bias on a grand scale, mistreating and misrepresenting long-term customers

Naviden, or Navi for short, continually abuses his power, and does not adhere to the own rules and regulations as described in Terms of Service and overall Rules.
He constantly bans accounts on no solid evidence, while accounts PROVEN to be breaking numerous rules do not even get a slap on the wrist. Simply a terrible GM.

I have heard many complaints with regards to accounts suspensions/ unresolved tickets / improper reasoning or lack of proof behind account bans or suspensions, and this is a joke considering the amount players spend on this game, myself included.
